Weirdness
So I seem to have a roommate now. She's an inch and a half long, has eight legs, and lives under my dresser.
I decided to let Arachne stay after determining that she wasn't likely to kill me in my sleep, that I had neither the heart nor the stomach to squish a spider that large, and that she'll probably keep the smaller pests down now that they're moving inside for the winter. She also serves as an excellent motivation for keeping my floor clutter-free.
On the other hand, my dreams last night were filled with spiders wielding lightsabers. With little red-and-green numbers periodically appearing over their heads.
I need to get a life.
Though now that both KotOR and X-Men are finished, I should be able to go back to life as usual.
A side note: I've been doing some thinking, and I'm becoming more and more convinced that God really, really wanted me to come out to Kansas for some reason known only to Him. The primary reason being that it was the only avenue left open to me when push came to shove. Yet, when I got into Hays, lonely and, frankly, terrified, convinced that I'd never fit in in this godforsaken dusty corner of the country, I found a tailor-made friend base at the _Catholic_ center of all places. Booted into exile, then set up with a support group... that plays with remarkably boffer-like 'lightsabers' made out of PVC and pool noodles... The Lord truly works in mysterious ways.
Now I'm just left wondering what this greater purpose _is_. Because I sincerely doubt it has anything to do with playing video games and talking about bad horror movies until 2:30 in the morning. Though you never know.

Hahahaha. You'll keep thinking about it. Maybe in a few months you'll want to see if you can replay it better. And then, of course, there are the dreams.
And the enticing games that are supposedly a lot like KotOR.
You're hooked forever >:D
