More weather... wow.

Denver had something like 2 feet of snow dumped on it yesterday, prompting the complete closure of the airport, the stranding of nearly 5,000 travelers, and the declaration of a state of emergency with the National Guard called in and everything. They don't expect to open until tomorrow noon or so. Roads are closed all the way to the middle of Kansas.

I am very grateful that I'm not stranded in Denver, though I kind of wish I'd made plans for the 19th instead of yesterday--I want to be home. Chris has to work, which means that I spent my day reading two books and failing to take a shower (which was OK until Chris's brother brought friends over this evening and felt compelled to introduce them to me).

In other news, I totally want to see the Night at the Museum movie. Even though the T-Rex is anatomically incorrect. *shrugs*
